Value Stream Mapping is part of Lean management and is an invaluable lesson to learn.

Initially, it is a bit of hard work, but when you see the benefits, you will be very happy you laid the groundwork.

Once you have familiarized yourself to it, you can apply it to every aspect of your business and your personal life.
