Vintage Vegetable Recipes: 1946 Victory Gardens

In the 1940’s our government wanted everyone to plant a Victory Garden to help keep our families healthy during the war.  Many decades later, it is still a good idea to grow your own food and enjoy the bounty of your own garden!

Here are some vegetable recipes from “A Modern Kitchen Guide”, published in 1946.
