Vintage Recipes: 1940s Jams, Jellies and Pickles

In the 1940’s our government wanted everyone to plant a Victory Garden to help keep our families healthy during the war.  Many decades later, it is still a good idea to grow your own food and enjoy the bounty of your own garden!
