I know where a surviving, intact example of plan H-260K still stands. Unfortunately, the current owners have abandoned the property and are nearly impossible to contact. It’s at the perfect location too, it was a gorgeous place in it’s heyday.
They are fantastic, livable houses! Too bad the one you know of is abandoned.
