This gorgeous hunk of Swedish glass was made by Orrefors.  It is absolutely stunning when sunlight caresses each facet.  Lars Hellsten is the designer, and as with many Scandinavian artists, nature is a muse. His pieces are considered massive and forceful, with many of his designs from the 1970s and 1980s, still being popular today.  Lars is considered one of the modern masters of glass design.

Care of Orrefors:  Just a warm bath of soap and water keeps it sparkling!
